As a proud New Yorker who enjoys a touch of luxury, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Cottage in Bakewell. the charming and quaint property offered a well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, allowing for a seamless self-catering experience. the comfortable beds and smart TV provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the town center, just a short walk away. I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the cottage, with a welcome pack that truly set the tone for a delightful stay. While the uphill walk back to the cottage may have posed a challenge for some, the convenient parking and proximity to local attractions like Chatsworth House and Heights of Abraham made up for it. Overall, the Cottage offers a perfect blend of comfort and value, making it a top choice for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Bakewell. I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of Derbyshire.
